11 communication cards for adults and children highlighting interoceptive issues and needs. this pack is designed to help people who struggle to recognise or understand the cues they may receive from their body. when a sensation arises you can look at your cards and run through the list of sensations to work out what you might be feeling. there are 11 cards altogether in this pack, with 10 cards featuring a descriptions of different signs of bodily sensations or cues. There is 1 card at the very beginning that is a cover card describing what the pack is. This each card is size a6 (14.8 x 10.5 cm) and made with 120gsm thick paper and protected in a 250-micron laminate plastic. all cards have a safe rounded edge. you will have a choice between a metal or plastic keyring in a variety of different colours. the default colour for this pack is green however it is completely customisable to whatever colour you would like. the questions asked in this pack: - am I hungry? - am I thirsty? - am I in pain? - am I too hot? - am I too cold? - do I feel sick? - do I need a wee? - do I feel unwell? - am I tired? - do I need my medication?
