Regardless of what your special interest(s) might be there is no shame or embarrassment here! Nothing is too crazy or inappropriate, if you like it and you want it on your cards, your wish is our command!
Everything is customisable, including the colours, fonts and images. We do our very best to accommodate your vision. There are no limits to how many interests you want included. There is also no limit to how many times we can re-design your cards; we will keep suggesting designs until you are happy!
We massively appreciate your honesty and want you to love your cards like they are an extension of yourself, so if there is something about a design you are unhappy with (no matter how small), please let us know! We promise we won't be upset!
There is a lot of back-and-forth communication involved between us and you when designing your cards, so if this is something you struggle with or you have any access needs, please let us know - we are more than happy to accommodate wherever we can! ❤️
What are the cards made from?
All our communication cards are made from 160gsm paper and 350 micron, plastic laminating sheets. Each card is 80x111mm.
Are your cards child-friendly?
Absolutely! From a practical standpoint, all our cards are designed with a safe, rounded edge to prevent injury. This also makes the cards more durable. They are waterproof, crease-resistant and can be easily cleaned with a cloth and some warm water.
Every card is designed with care, with simple and easy-to-read text, contrasting backgrounds and clear pictures. As a default, all our cards come with a metal keyring; however, we do have an option of plastic keyrings. We do not sell these as we have found that they are less durable, but if you email us or leave a message in the 'personalisation' box requesting a plastic keyring, we are more than happy to fulfil your request.

We are always happy to hear about product ideas or alternative suggestions from customers. We do our best to fulfil the wishes of all our customers! If we are able to create it, we will nearly always give it a go!
When will you be restocking an item?
When we see our stock beginning to decrease, we do our very best to restock before we run out!

🚚 Orders and Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days, but our processing times can differ depending on each product, as many of our products are made to order.
Our Custom Communication Cards typically take 3-10 working days, this is to account for the time it takes to communicate with customers, design the cards from scratch and then physically make them. Standard Communication Cards typically take 2-5 working days, as there are only a few personalised details. Enamel Pins typically take 1-3 working days.
After dispatch UK orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days. International orders can take 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and location.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand! 🌍
All shipping to the USA is currently on hold as we navigate the new tariffs and the impact on pricing! Please sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we reopen shipping to the states. We are doing our very best to keep our prices as low as possible for our US customers!
How much do you charge for shipping?
🇬🇧 UK orders shipping is £4.50 (48 hour tracked shipping)
🌎 International orders shipping is £14.00 (standard tracked international)
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders our are shipped with tracking. UK orders are sent via Tracked 48, and international orders use tracked international services. Your tracking info will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
♻️ Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange an item?
We have a 14-day return policy; however, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items. Please read more about our return policy here.

Can I cancel my order?
If your item has not been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please get in touch ASAP if you have changed your mind or think you have made a mistake.
What if my order has arrived damaged or incorrect?
We are very sorry about this! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number and photos and we should be able to replace your item or refund you.
